Cybervore, Inc.'s products, services, and Web content, including images, text, and software downloads (collectively, "Products and Services") are owned by Cybervore, Inc. and/or by our vendors, who have given us permission to use the Products and Services.
This means that, unless Cybervore, Inc. explicitly gives you permission within the License Terms that accompany the Products and Services and/or in the guidelines below, you may not copy, modify, distribute, display, license, or sell any Products and Services or components contained in them.

Cybervore, Inc. product box shots are complete images of Cybervore, Inc. product boxes. You may not use Cybervore, Inc. box shots on third-party software packaging, but you may use box shots without Cybervore, Inc.'s written permission in advertising, in documentation (including educational brochures), in tutorial books, in videotapes, or on Web sites, provided you adhere to the following guidelines:
1. Your use may not be obscene or pornographic, and may not be disparaging, defamatory, or libelous to Cybervore, Inc., any of its products, or any other person or entity.
2. Your use may not directly or indirectly imply Cybervore, Inc. sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement of your product or service.
3. You may not use the box shot in a comparative advertisement.
4. You may not use any of Cybervore, Inc.'s box shots as a link to your Web site. See the section "Linking to Cybervore, Inc.'s Web Sites" below for proper linking guidelines.
5. You may not alter the box shot in any way except to resize the entire box shot. Any images contained within the box shot (i.e., graphics, artwork, or trade dress) cannot be used independently of the entire box shot.
6. Your company name and logo, your product, and/or your graphics should be significantly larger and more prominent than the box shot.
7. You must include the following copyright attribution statement: "Cybervore, Inc. product box shot(s) reprinted with permission from Cybervore, Inc. Corporation."
8. If your use includes references to a Cybervore, Inc. product, you must use the full name of the product.
9. When referencing any Cybervore, Inc. trademarks, please follow the General Cybervore, Inc. Trademark Guidelines.
To use screen shots or Internet pages that contain third-party content, you should contact the content provider directly for permission.
Except for Cybervore, Inc. product boot-up screens, opening screens, "splash screens," or screens from products that have not been commercially released (including beta versions), you may use screen shots in advertising, in documentation (including educational brochures), in tutorial books, in videotapes, or on Web sites, provided you adhere to the following guidelines:

Cybervore, Inc. product icons are the thumbnail-size images indicating that a Cybervore, Inc. product has been installed on your operating system. Use of our icons is permissible in training manuals or documentation written for and/or about a Cybervore, Inc. product. In such cases, use of Cybervore, Inc. icons must be specific to the function of the icon within the Cybervore, Inc. software and not used as a graphical element or design for your own purposes. Further, icons cannot be modified or altered and must appear as they would within the Cybervore, Inc. software.
Note: Cybervore, Inc. does not allow the use of our icons in advertising, in books and other printed matter, on clothing or other promotional items, in online and Internet locations, in software applications, in television programs, commercials, movies, or on videotape, as they are NOT to be used as "artwork" or design elements.

If you would like to provide a link from your Web site to a Cybervore, Inc.
